From September 10 anyone driving vehicles of 3.5 tonnes and over on a commercial basis will need a Driver Certificate of Professional Competence and with time running out, the Road Haulage Association’s training arm, RHA Training has just signed up its 1,000th candidate for its Driver CPC-related courses.
