VisionTrack has revealed record sales at the CV Show at the NEC this year with orders up 30% on the previous year.

The company’s Managing Director Simon Marsh (pictured above at the CV Show 2017) spoke on the last day of the Commercial Vehicle show to say that sales were up 30% on the previous year and they anticipate around £600K worth of orders to be fulfilled as a direct result of their stand at the show.

Simon Marsh said: “It’s been an amazing show and we are thrilled with the interest and have already signed a significant number of contracts with hauliers.

Key sales came from fleet managers increased awareness in improving their First Notification of Loss to their insurers. VisionTrack’s cameras are fully integrated with 3G connectivity to instantly transfer incident data to fleet managers and insurers which drives down dispute time, over the last year some fleets have seen a reduction of 67% on costs related to claims and protects their insurance policies. This was a vital area which drove sales significantly.”

VisionTrack launched two new products and a mobile app at the Commercial Vehicle Show (stand 4J21) which provide fully connected vehicle camera solutions for fleet managers.

The new products are VT2.2 a two channel and VT4000, a four channel HD telematics camera system.

The new products will allow fleet managers to view instant or historical HD video feed from any of their vehicles at any time via VisionTrack’s multi award winning IoT (internet of things) video telematics platform.

The latest technology connected cameras provide a complete solution to improve driver behaviour, court admissible insurance evidence, plus state-of-the-art live HD video telematics, and at a budget that is affordable for all sizes of fleet.
