The RHA is calling for an HGV and coach infrastructure plan that supports the needs of operators on the journey to net zero.

The Road Haulage Association (RHA) is pushing for improved security at roadside facilities as the cost of food cargo theft has nearly tripled to around £700 million in just over a decade.

The RHA has welcomed Michael Gove’s announcement of a delay to post-Brexit SPS import checks until October. The association believes it buys valuable extra time for traders and hauliers to prepare for the new complex border arrangements.
