Renault Trucks Ireland’s Eco-Driver competition, which was held at the Irish Road Haulage Association’s annual conference, at the Slieve Russell, Hotel in Cavan recently proved to be a great success with many drivers taking part in the competition.
During the day many competitors took part in the test drive event in the Renault Trucks Ireland demo fleet which consisted of a T-480 Highcab 6×2 and T-520 Highcab 4×2.
The winners of the event were:
T480 6×2 –
1st place – Tony Doyle
2nd place- Cyril McGuiness
T520 4×2-
1st place- Eugene Maguire
2nd place- Robert O’Brien
