Volvo introduces augmented reality at CV show

In what is believed to be a European ’first’ for a truck manufacturer, Volvo Trucks is introducing the use of ’Augmented Reality’ (AR) as part of their CV Show presence. Visitors to Volvo’s stand in Hall 5 will be able to benefit from interactive, ’hidden’ content at a number of areas on the stand, providing access to additional videos and direct weblinks made available by visitors pointing their smartphone or tablet at AR trigger points around the stand.
