August saw sustained improvement in new van registrations and some positive signs from the truck sector, according to the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT).
Chief Executive Paul Everitt, SMMT commented: “The economy remains in the early stages of recovery and it will be important for government to help sustain growth in the forthcoming spending review.”
