Vauxhall is substantially enhancing its commitment to its commercial vehicle operators with the expansion of its UK-wide network of Vauxhall MasterFit Premier Service Centres (PSCs).
The individually selected PSCs will offer Vauxhall’s commercial vehicle operators an extended range of services to help minimise the time their vans need to be off the road for maintenance and repair work.
Through the PSCs, Vauxhall commercial vehicle operators can now count on being booked in for a service within 72 hours of the request being made. Vauxhall also pledges to carry out fault diagnosis, or repairs that will take less than 90 minutes, within one hour of the vehicle arriving at the PSC even without an appointment (during normal opening hours).
Once diagnosed, all repairs will be carried out within 24 hours, subject to parts availability.
